BTA Deep Hole Driller Machine is designed to withstand extremely high cutting forces that are developed during this operation. This machine is designed to meet the demands of automotive, defense, earth moving equipment, general engineering, heavy engineering, nuclear and others sectors by ensuring to drill holes up to 400 mm having depths up to 20m (65ft).
Machine Features Of BTA Deep Hole Drilling Machine:-
- It has a rigid and robust design which allows precise and vibration free movement of the spare parts.
- For linear motion this machine has ball screw or rack and pinion with servo drives.
- This machine is equipped with proprietary pressure head in order to provide optimum oil flow and tool guiding.
- It is comprised of vibration dampeners for absorbing vibrations and reduce tube whipping that improves hole straightness.
- Our machine has self centering chuck clamping at both ends.
- High pressure coolant and fine filtration system is also featured for a better performance.
- It has oil chilling and automatic lubrication.
- Fanuc / Siemens CNC controls are also integrated along with customized screens for monitoring machine parameters.
- Catering for adding other applications that includes counter boring, trepanning, pull boring, skiving and roller.
