Ejector Drilling Process

Ejector Drilling Process is a type of deep hole drilling method. This process is followed when dimension of drilled hole is more than 0.75 inch. This process involves application of force on cutting fluid so that it flows in downward direction into drilling space. Drilling chips are ejected through center flute inside the drill. Flute having large length is chosen for this method to accommodate chips for drilling. High pressure based coolant is used for the execution of this process.
